I have been blog hunting for recipes and such and found quite a few gooden's let me tell ya! LOL - of course I tweak and twinge depending on what I have in the pantry and what I am willing to eat! LOL
Here you'll find the Chicken Bacon Subs - oh my goodness these are StUpEnDoUs!!! http://lifeasmom.com/2010/06/freezer-cooking-with-bone-in-chicken-breast.html
Pancake Sausage Muffins - I did these as bars in my brownie pan and they turned out great! And very very yummy! http://heavenlyhomemakers.com/pancake-and-sausage-muffins
Homemade Healthier Corn-dogs and Corn-dog Muffins - I have tried the corndogs - they are yummy! My plan is to make the muffins next! http://heavenlyhomemakers.com/homemade-corn-dogs-and-corn-dog-muffins
I also did Racheal Ray's oven baked corn dogs - I have to say this is my favorite recipe! http://www.rachaelray.com/recipe.php?recipe_id=2878
Breakfast burritos - These are spectacular!!!! http://www.food.com/recipe/breakfast-burritos-once-a-month-cooking-30165
I also made sliders just from listening to what my friend Angela Perry said - rolls, bake the hamburger in the oven slice into squares, add cheese - I actually did mine with English muffins because that's what I had on hand. They look so good. I added bacon to some! oh-yeah!
I did Egg-Mc-Muffins as well. I took Angela's advice and baked my eggs on a cookies sheet then sliced them, added the egg and some bacon to a buttered English muffin. I can't wait to try these out!
I am trying to remember what else I made...oh yeah - french toast stick...these are Wonderful!!!! (I used french bread instead of Texas toast.) http://www.food.com/recipe/french-toast-sticks-oamc-125399
